To analyze your metrics in your own tools (Excel, Data Studio, Snowflake, etc.), ThankYou Analytics offers two export modes: manual for one-off analyses and automatic to feed your own databases.
Manual exports are available on most tables and charts throughout the app. Depending on the volume of data, generating an export may take a few moments: a notification will appear at the bottom left of your screen to let you know when the file is ready.
You can find the complete history of these reports, generated by you or your team, directly in the dedicated "Exports" tab to download them at any time.
Automatic exports allow you to sync your ThankYou Analytics data daily with your own data platforms. This enables you to analyze, enrich, or archive your data based on your specific business needs.
Destinations: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, and (s)FTP.
Autonomous setup: Choose and customize one of our 6 available export types.
Frequency: Exports are daily by default (we can reduce this interval to 2 hours upon request).
Refresh: You can choose to update your data weekly (monthly updates available upon request).
