On the Analysis tab, you will find an overall analysis of your affiliation programme, taking all affiliate types together. If you wish to analyse a particular type, simply click on the type in the list in the menu under "Analysis".
Summary
This tab shows you all the conversions, commissions, average basket and revenue generated over the selected period.
The evolution table allows you to follow the evolution of entries and conversions day by day, with details available on hovering over.
My program
Here you can see the breakdown of conversions according to the categories of affiliates who generated them, as well as details of your top affiliates.
Issues
This tab gives you an overview of any abnormalities detected in your program.
By hovering over the graphs next to conversions, commissions and revenue, you can see the proportion of abnormalities in relation to your total conversions and spend.
At Thank-You Analytics there are four types of issues: conversions without visits, cookie dropping conversions, conversions missing and conversions duplication.
A conversion without visit means that we have received a conversion, but have never seen the affiliate within the conversion path.
A cookie dropping conversion means that the affiliate has forced a cookie to be placed on the user's browser, redirecting them to your site in a hidden way, in order to benefit from the commission if the user buys from your site in the following days.
A conversion missing is a conversion that has not been collected, and a conversion duplication is a single conversion that has been counted several times.
Coupons
Here you'll find an analysis of the use of coupons within your conversions.
By hovering over the graphs next to conversions, commissions and revenue, you can see the proportion of coupons in relation to all your conversions and spend.
You can use the tables to see which coupons are used most frequently in conversions, and which affiliates are most present in a conversion path that includes a coupon.
Behaviour
This tab allows you to analyse the behaviour of users who have converted via an affiliate link.
In the evolution graph, you'll find details of the entries and consent statuses of users.
Just below, you'll find the overall analysis for the period, with the number of entries, the consent rate and the rate of users already engaged. This rate represents the proportion of users who were already on your site thanks to another source of traffic, before clicking on the affiliation link.
The graph shows the distribution of affiliate positions in the conversion path.
The conversion time represents the conversions achieved according to the duration of the conversion path.
Multi-affiliates
This tab analyses the presence of several affiliates in the conversion path. You can therefore see the proportion of conversions where a single affiliate was present, as well as the proportion of conversions where several affiliates were present. In the graph on the right, you can also see the exact number of affiliates present in the conversion paths.
The detail of the position of affiliates according to the winning touch allows you to analyse the affiliates who were present in the conversion path, but did not earn a commission. Details of losing affiliates are shown, as well as the number of conversions concerned per affiliate, and the total amount of commission lost by affiliates.
Deduplicated channels
This tab analyses the presence of deduplicated channels in conversion paths. You can therefore see the proportion of conversions for which no deduplicated channels were present, as well as the proportion of conversions for which deduplicated channels were present with affiliates.
Details of the position of deduplicated channels according to the winning touch allow you to analyse the channels that were present in the conversion path. You can see the details of each channel, as well as the number of conversions per channel and the total amount spent on each channel.
Landing pages
This tab allows you to find all the landing pages present in conversion paths.
Referrer pages
This tab allows you to find all the referring pages present in conversion paths.
