Creating a channel grouping will enable you to see which levers are present in each of the conversion paths taken by affiliates. You can then choose to deduplicate certain levers, which will reduce the commission for affiliates present with paying levers in conversion paths.
URLs are passed through each lever according to the order of priority assigned to them. If the URL does not correspond to the rules established for the lever with priority 1, then it will analyse the lever with priority 2, and so on until it finds the lever that corresponds to the criteria.
In this tab we configure the various regexes to be applied in order to cross-reference your back-office file containing the status of sales with the file from your affiliation platform. Thanks to these settings, we'll be able to see which sales have been cancelled, postponed or validated, in order to adjust affiliate remuneration.
Ticking this box will enable you to receive a personalised report on your affiliate programme by email every Monday, comparing the past week with the week before.
This is where you'll find the affiliates you've blocked, and where you can unblock them. Blocking an affiliate means that their sales will be cancelled at the end of the month.
By ticking one of the boxes representing an issue, you will automatically block all sales containing the selected issue.
This section allows you to manage the use of coupons for your affiliates. You can choose to only authorise sales with certain coupons, to exclude sales with certain coupons, or to only authorise sales if a coupon has been used.
This tab allows you to block a sale if a web user was already engaged in a session when they clicked on the affiliate link. You can select specific types of affiliate to include in these cancellations, and choose the duration of the session to exclude.
Thanks to the channel grouping, you can now choose to deduplicate certain levers. This means that if an affiliate is present in a conversion path with deduplicated levers, the commission will be reduced for the affiliate. For example, if you deduplicate the SEA lever, and an affiliate is involved after an SEA campaign in a conversion path, the commission will be halved, and only 50% of the affiliate's commission will go to the affiliate.
This is where you can add your different compensation categories and the specific rules to be applied. You can add the commission for the affiliate type, the royalties for the affiliation platform, and the type of remuneration: fixed or percentage. You can add conditional rules, such as the difference in remuneration between new and existing customers.
