You can connect your advertising platforms to Thank-You Analytics, enabling you to track the impressions, clicks and costs of your campaigns. We use this information to calculate the rates of entry, CPC, CPE, CPA, ROAS and COS for each of your campaigns.
It is necessary to check that all the campaigns contain UTMs (or other similar URL parameters) so that synchronisation can proceed.
To connect your platforms, go to "Settings > Connectors" and select the platform you wish to connect:

Once on the platform, click on "Add an account" and click on the "Email address" drop-down menu. If no email address is available, click on "Sign-in with ..." :

This will redirect you to the advertising platform so that you can connect.
Once the connection has been established with the advertising platform, you can choose the account you wish to synchronise from the "Account" drop-down menu. You can then choose which channel(s) and sub-channel(s) you wish to synchronise your account with and confirm.
The campaigns on the platforms and those in Thank-You Analytics will be synchronised automatically and will appear in green. If some campaigns do not synchronise automatically because no campaign ID has been found, you can synchronise them manually. In the "Acquisition" tab, you will only see synchronised data.
I can't connect my platform. What should I do?
Some platforms, such as Microsoft, require the account's highest access level in order to authorise external connection. You should therefore check your level of access to the platforms concerned if you encounter connection problems.
Can I work with campaign IDs?
Yes, if the UTM chosen in the "Details" section of the "Acquisition" tab is a campaign ID, it will synchronise with the UTM present in the advertising platform, and once synchronised, you will see both the campaign ID and the campaign name in the solution.
Why are some campaigns not synchronising?
If some campaigns don't synchronise, it means that we haven't found a UTM in the advertising platform. You therefore need to check that all the campaigns contain UTMs in the advertising platform. You can see the reasons for the absence of synchronisation by hovering over the campaign names in the connector.
