There are three types of role on ThankYou Analytics: administrators, members and partners.
The administrator role grants the highest access to ThankYou Analytics, with edit access to settings. The member role grants read-only access to settings, while the partner role grants no access to settings.
Only administrators can add new users. When adding a member or partner, the administrator can choose to give them access to all views, or just a few, to manual costs, and to all connectors, or just a few.
A member or partner with access to a filtered view and manual costs will only be able to add manual costs for the levers corresponding to their view.
